Carlos González-Bueno has not only been an Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Science and Technology, he has also held the post of Director of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
The partners of González-Bueno SLP have conducted significant ongoing research in the field of Industrial Property. Publications include the Commentary on the Trademark Law and Regulation, Editorial Civitas (2003), the monographs on Well-Known and Reputed Trademarks, Editorial La Ley (2005) and on Community Designs, Editorial Kluwer, as well as periodical contributions to The Trademark Reporter, published by INTA.
The firm has signed an agreement with the OHIM in order to participate in the “key user programme” of the Office, a status from which only the 250 most important clients of the OHIM benefit.
